This questionnaire should take no longer than 60 minutes and not longer than 2 minutes per question.
There are no right or wrong answers. We cannot emphasise that enough! You should select with your first instinct and not dwell too long on each response.
DRACSIDE is designed to show us how you think, what motivates you and what your priorities are, both at work and in your personal life.
Working at Wolfhouse will involve interactions with the dogs we have on campus. Depending on the role, some of the interactions are minimal and others involve constant contact. Working with dogs, especially dogs here to work on reactivity and aggression behaviours, requires are very select type of person, regardless of your prior experience or qualifications. Maintaining a culture of positivity, collaboration and communication between team members on campus to assist our dogs in their learning is of critical importance. That is what this questionnaire supports us in understanding.
