	WORKFORCE INNOVATION AND OPPORTUNITY ACT (WIOA) PROGRAM APPLICATION Adult and Dislocated Worker Programs West Central Wisconsin Workforce Development Area (WDA 8) Service Provider: Northwood Technical College Local Workforce Board: West Central Wisconsin Workforce Development Board (West Central Works) – www.wcwwdb.org ABOUT THIS PROGRAM AND SERVICE PROVIDER Northwood Technical College is the service provider for the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Adult, Dislocated Worker, and Youth Programs in the West Central Wisconsin Workforce Development Area (WDA 8). These programs are federally funded and locally overseen by the West Central Wisconsin Workforce Development Board, also known as West Central Works. As the service provider, Northwood Technical College administers WIOA services on behalf of the workforce board to support individuals in achieving their career, training, and employment goals. Participation in these programs does not require or obligate you to attend or consider attending Northwood Technical College. Career Planners assist participants in exploring educational and employment opportunities with any college, training provider, or employer that best aligns with their goals. These programs were previously administered by Workforce Resource, Inc. (WRI). Northwood Tech now provides these services as part of the region’s ongoing WIOA provider transition, maintaining a commitment to quality, accessibility, and participant choice.
